Basin Burger House requested a change in their serving hours for alcohol and the Planning and Zoning Commission has approved it.

According to the Midland Reporter-Telegram, even though the Planning and Zoning Commission has approved it, it must still be approved by city council.

Basin Burger House is requesting the amendment to its specific-use permit to allow them to start serving alcohol at 9 a.m Sunday through Saturday.

City staff suggested that the change only be allowed for that one day and to keep all others as they are currently.

City council must approve the request now and can still amend it further if they see fit.
