Big Spring High School Closed Due to Bomb Threat

Big Spring High School will have classes cancelled today because of a suspicious package found on campus.

According to our media partners NewsWest 9, Big Spring ISD spokesman George Bancroft says a suspicious package was found in the parking lot adjacent to Blankenship Field on the east side of BSHS campus.

Bancroft says the package is not a threat to staff and students but school will be cancelled today, April 4th, as a precautionary measure.
