Brace Yourselves as Winter Returns To The Basin

After a few days of spring-like weather, Winter weather returns with a vengeance this weekend.

The old West Texas saying, 'If you don't like the weather, just wait 5 minutes...' will hold true this weekend and winter weather returns. Moderate temperatures on Saturday change overnight as clouds begin to move into the area and the wind chill increases as we struggle to get out of the 40's Sunday. As we move into the evening hours, our chance of rain increases.

Monday we'll see frigid temperatures and freezing precipitation throughout the day. We'll start to warm up Tuesday when we'll be back in the upper 50's.
