City of Midland will have a two hour delay this morning due to weather conditions.

Ector County Commissioner's Court will be tomorrow at 10am.

The National Weather Service says that we will not get above freezing today, which means driving conditions won't improve until later this afternoon, if then. Temperatures in the area at 6 AM this morning hovered around the 20° mark in this single in the single digits.

If you don't have to get out this morning stay at home. Drivers are urged to use caution.
