As it turns out, Emma Stone is a huge Colin Firth fan girl!

But really, who isn’t? The only difference is that Emma gets to live out his fans’ fantasies of getting to exchange text messages with the 53-year-old actor.

Emma and Colin sat down with the Daily Beast to promote their new film, a Woody Allen feature titled ‘Magic in the Moonlight.’ The redhead shared, “I live-texted Colin the plot of ‘Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason’ a few months back while I was watching it. You were very upset with me, if I remember correctly. I talked him through what he was doing.”

“She’s talking through my back catalog via text!” the older Brit joked. “I might decide to not revisit stuff in the past, and then you get a good friend saying, ‘Oh, when you were doing this you had this and that expression on your face.’”

Emma could likely recite all of his expressions from memory — she admitted to seeing ‘Love Actually’ “about 18 times” and ‘Bridget Jones’ “too many times.”

When she’s not harassing her costars, she’s brushing up on her future-telling skills she learned on the set of their movie, in which she plays a psychic medium.

She told MTV that the song of next summer will be ‘Praying to All of Us’ (watch the video for the hilarious explanation behind that one), and the trendy food of next year is sure to be Spam.

“I think it’s time for a little grilled Spam food truck mash-up,” she insisted. “Maybe that’s the song of the summer,” she added when she realized her sentence had a real ring to it.
