A Midland restaurant has changed it's policy on face and neck tattoos now that a Facebook video has went viral.

According to Your Basin.com, after I wrote an article on Tuesday about a man who was refused service at one of Midland's newest restaurants, I found out he posted a video on Facebook that has now went viral which has prompted the restaurant to ease up on their face and neck tattoo policy.

Rivera says he was surprised because he had never been refused service because of his tattoos but was also surprised that the company made the policy change.

He stated he was trying to have a nice evening out with family and was turned away because of his facial tattoo by a bouncer that was all tatted up too.

He says he applauds the restaurant for making the policy change.
