The lineup of the highest paid actresses in Hollywood has been released, and Angelina Jolie, Jennifer Lawrence and Kristen Stewart top the list. However, compare this to what the men of Hollywood are making and you'll notice that even in Tinseltown, there's a gender-based wage gap.

The Forbes list -- which covers June 2012 through June 2013 -- puts Angelina Jolie in the No 1 spot. Despite not appearing in a film in three years (since starring in 'The Tourist' alongside Johnny Depp), she still managed to make $33 million this year.

But it's not like she's just been sitting around -- she directed her first movie, 'In the Land of Blood and Honey,' and will make her triumphant return to the big screen next summer in the 'Sleeping Beauty' inspired 'Maleficient.'

Coming in a respectable second is our imaginary BFF Jennifer Lawrence, who earned $26 million for her role in 'The Hunger Games' and her Oscar-winning performance in 'Silver Linings Playbook.' And since she's reprising her role as Katniss in 'Catching Fire' and Mystique in 'X-Men Days of Future Past,' her earnings can only go up.

Kristen Stewart snagged the No. 3 spot, thanks largely to the release of the final film in 'The Twilight Saga' and her role in 'Snow White and the Huntsman.' But it could be Stewart's last year on the Forbes list since her franchises are drying up -- this year alone, she dropped from first to third place and saw her income fall from $34 million to $22 million.

Here's the list of the top 10 highest earning ladies in Hollywood.
