Jimmie Johnson held off Kevin Harvick and won the weather-delayed SpongeBob SquarePants 400 at Kansas Speedway on Saturday night. Johnson won his Sprint Cup series-leading third race of the 2015 season and captured his third career victory at the Midwestern track.

Harvick seemed poised to take the checkered flag, but Ricky Stenhouse Jr. caused a caution flag with 12 laps left, which allowed Johnson to seize the lead when the race restarted with 10 laps to go.

Harvick finished second. Dale Earnhardt Jr. placed third. Jeff Gordon and Joey Logano rounded out the top five spots.

Martin Truex Jr. was at the front of the field earlier in the evening when rain brought out the yellow flag with 169 laps to go. It was the third Sprint Cup race out of the last four to be delayed by weather.

Harvick remained in first place in the season’s point standings, followed by Truex Jr., Johnson, Logano and Earnhardt Jr.
