If there was any doubt Kesha will continue to fight through an ongoing lawsuit with Dr. Luke, whom she first accused of years-long sexual and verbal abuse in October 2014, the "Tik Tok" insisted at a Brooklyn show last night (September 23) that she's not backing down.

"I think that there's some people that were thinking I'll just sit around waiting to die," she said alongside her band, The Creepies, at the Warsaw Ballroom, according to People. "That somebody f---ed with the wrong woman!"

"Anything outside of these four walls doesn't matter tonight," she added, according to Billboard. "I'm talking about rent. I'm talking about homework. I'm talking about your s----y ex-boyfriend. I'm talking about my lawsuit. F--- that!"

Because Kesha's February request for an injunction was denied by a New York judge, she's still unable to perform new music. She nevertheless wowed a crowd with hits like "We R Who We R" and "Your Love Is My Drug" and also tackled Dolly Parton's "Jolene," Iggy Pop's "Nightclubbing" and Britney Spears' "Till The World Ends." She reminded the crowd she wrote the 2011 hit during an address about the merits of songwriting.

And while Kesha's got a long road ahead, she thanked fans for getting her this far, and said she'd be nowhere without them.

"I honestly don't know if I would have made it the past few years without you guys," she said to the crowd, which broke into a "Free Kesha" chant at one point during the show. "Thank you for standing by me."

"I could not do this without you so f---ing thank you," she added. "I can't share my new music with you. Keep praying, someday, it will come. I can't wait for that."
