Midland City Council to Discuss New Ordinance That Could Bring Uber Back

Midland city council is meeting today and one subject on the agenda is to discuss a new ordinance that could bring Uber back.

According to NewsWest 9, some changes on the new ordinance will allow the company to perform their own background checks and them not having to share information on drivers or vehicles.

Uber would also be suject to yearly audits by the city.

If all passes in council chambers today Uber could be making a comeback to the Tall City.
