Midland/Odessa Economy Declines Steadily Over the Past Year

After the Midland/Odessa economy hit its peak in January 2015, it has been on a steady decline since then.

According to the Midland Reporter-Telegram, the decline in the economy has been brought about by the downturn in the price of oil.

The index continued its decline during the first quarter of this year and looks like the decline will continue.
