Odessa Police Release This Week’s ‘High 5′ List of Fugitives

Odessa police have released this week's High 5 list for the week ending May 14, 2016.

According to NewsWest 9, this is OPD's top five fugitives with the most outstanding warrants:

1. Larry Aguilar Jr. with 8 warrants.
2. Raul Rene Quijas with 7 warrants.
3. Heriberto Hernandez, III, 6 warrants
4. Mary Ingrum, 6 warrants
5. Darrel Leblanc, 6 warrants.
