Roy Halladay was a beast when he was playing. And it seems he's just as awesome since he retired.

The two-time Cy Young Award was at an amusement park recently (former Cy Young Award winners have to find some way to fill their time, right?) when he noticed a man wearing a T-shirt with his name on it.

Halladay then took a photo of the man and himself -- while the fan had his back to him -- and put it on Twitter, creating perhaps the most surreal tweet you'll ever see.

Pity the poor guy, who was totally in the dark. We wonder if he turned around and was all, "Dude, why are you standing so close to me? Get out of my personal space." And then maybe he stormed away without realizing it was Halladay.

Or maybe he's on Twitter right now, lamenting that timing really is everything.
