Virus alert! If you're searching online for pictures of Selena Gomez or Shakira, be careful which websites you click on. Both singers are among the "most dangerous" celebrities to search for, according to a security company that tracks which sites are infected with malware, spam and viruses.

McAfee's 20 Most Dangerous Celebrities are ranked based on the likelihood that searching for a celeb and clicking on links in the search results will take a user to a "risky" website. Risky sites are ones that have been known to contain malicious software designed to steal users' personal information.

Not surprisingly, the list features mostly young, attractive performers in music and movies, the types of stars who typically receive high volumes of search traffic. Three pop singers made the survey: Gomez ranks No. 4, while Shakira is No. 7 and Taylor Swift No. 15. Latin ladies seem especially dangerous, with actresses Salma Hayek, Eva Mendes and Sofia Vergara joining Gomez and Shakira in the Top 10.

Emma Watson from the 'Harry Potter' series ranks No. 1, with McAfee estimating that users who search for the actress along with the phrase "free downloads" or "nude pics" have a 12.6% chance of being taken to an infected website. Women make up nearly the entire Top 20, the lone exception being late-night host Jimmy Kimmel at No. 13.
