Spencer Goes ‘Over The Edge’ for the Boy Scouts! – [VIDEO]

Wednesday Spencer went over the side of a building in Downtown Midland. Here's the reason why!

Each year the Buffalo Trails Council of the Boy Scouts holds a fundraiser called 'Over The Edge', where they let average citizens who have made a donation, rappel down the side of a very tall building in Midland.

Wednesday was media day to draw attention to the event in Spencer went over the side of the CNB building, roughly 12 stories above Texas Street.
