Taylor Swift’s new Vogue cover had fans wondering whether she was going platinum in a different way — her hair.

The model-esque beauty showed off her slender frame and bold bleach blonde ‘do on the cover of the magazine’s upcoming issue, out April 26, and apparently, it wasn’t just a wig. She posted a photo afterward at Coachella with the same color tresses, styled with her usual classic cut.

She also dished in the magazine about her very public relationship with electronic artist and DJ Calvin Harris and what it’s been like to live it out in the spotlight.

“I’m just taking things as they come,” Swift says. “I’m in a magical relationship right now. And of course I want it to be ours, and low-key … this is the one thing that’s been mine about my personal life.”

The singer-songwriter has come under fire over the years concerning her relationships, which she says she doesn’t feel was a fair judgement.

“You know, I went out on a normal amount of dates in my early 20s, and I got absolutely slaughtered for it,” Swift observes. “And it took a lot of hard work and altering my decision-making. I didn’t date for two-and-a-half years. Should I have had to do that? No.”

Swift recently performed at the Grammy Awards, where she took home an award for Album of the Year for 1989, as well as Best Music Video for “Bad Blood” and Best Pop Vocal Album.

“As the first woman to win Album of the Year at the Grammys twice I want to say to all the young women out there, there are going to be people along the way who will try to undercut your success or take credit for your accomplishments or your fame,” she said in a speech that made headlines, referencing derogatory comments from Kanye West.
