Are you ready to return to Narnia? Hollywood is, and so am I.

2005, marked the series introduction to the silver screen with 'The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe.' Subsequent films followed based on 'The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian' and the 'The Chronicles of Narnia: Voyage of the Dawn Treader.' Now, 'The Silver Chair' is set to be made with an all new cast.

If you're familiar with the seven books in the series, then you realize the puzzling way time works in Narnia means that characters in our world faster than others. Characters Eustace Stubb and Jill Pole return in this installment along with the Prince from the previous two films, only now he is an aging King.

Gresham, the stepson of the late author C.S. Lewis told Deadline, “It’s been both fun and exciting to work with Mark Gordon and David Magee to develop the next Narnian movie, and now it’s a thrill to welcome Tristar to our Narnia family. I greatly look forward to plunging again into the joys and challenges of once more bringing Narnia to the screen, this time with the wonderful story of The Silver Chair.”

I'm personally excited to see these film continue to come to life, because I've been a fan of the series most of my life. I was first introduced to the books in sixth grade through a dramatic performance of 'The Lion, the Witch and The Wardrobe.'

In high school, I read the series from start to finish, and I fell in love with Narnia. My love for these books, sparked my interest in Tolkien's 'The Lord of the Rings' and in the Harry Potter series. If you're a fan of those series, then you'll find Lewis' books to be an incredibly easy and enchanting read.
