Just weeks after going up, the iconic Playboy logo on the outskirts of Marfa continues to cause controversy. But now a state agency said that sign is illegal and it has to come down, but the reason why just might surprise you.

Playboy Enterprises put up their logo in an attempt to revamp their image through art and culture, but not everyone agreed. Complaints started to pour in from local residents who thought the logo was in poor taste, now the Texas Department of Transportation (TXDOT) says the sign is illegal.

TXDOT said the landowner has 45 days to remove the sign, which means if you want your picture with it, you better hurry to Marfa before it's pulled down!
