What Is ‘SHOT Show’ 2014?

Las Vegas is the site of the firearms industry's annual conference to unveil new products to dealers and enthusiasts in the shooting world. More than 60,000 industry professionals are expected to attend this week!

Last year's Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade ShowTM (SHOT Show®) was the largest to date, until this year, as literally tens of thousands of gun writers, bloggers, celebrities and dealers descend on the 36th edition, taking place January 14-17 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center.

Owned and sponsored by the National Shooting Sports Foundation^® (NSSF), the SHOT Show is the industry’s most anticipated event of the year. The show provides a first look at new products and services used by target shooters, hunters, outdoorsmen and women and law enforcement professionals. The show also provides members of this multi-faceted industry an opportunity to network and attend educational seminars. -Chester Moore

The SHOT Show is the largest trade show of its kind in the world; it is open to the trade only and not the public. Shooting sports enthusiasts, dealers and firearms writers and bloggers will see the new products unveiled at the show before anyone else. In the mean time, the rest of us will just have to monitor the reports and blogs coming from attendees.
